Thornton & Ross is one of five STADA affiliates to achieve the UK Top Employer accreditation for 2024
Huddersfield-based Thornton & Ross, part of the STADA Group, has been named Top Employer in the UK and across Europe by the Top Employer Institute for the second consecutive year, recognising its up-to-date HR practices and steadfast dedication to fostering an exceptional work environment.
Thornton & Ross is one of five STADA affiliates to achieve the certification, with its operations in Germany, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Romania also being recognised.
Thornton & Ross is a major supplier to the NHS and pharmacy industry and the force behind household brands including Covonia®, Cetraben®, Hedrin®, Savlon® and Zoflora®. Thornton & Ross was founded in 1922 and is now one of the Kirklees’ major employers with sites in Linthwaite and Slaithwaite.
The Top Employer Institute, an independent body, evaluates companies worldwide for their dedication to culture and people, auditing areas including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
